Adding Operators
This guide will walk you through adding an operator to your organization in License Exposed.

What is an Operator?
An operator in License Exposed is a user who can manage licenses and products within their organization. Operators can inspect their own organization's licenses, view usage statistics, and perform actions such as activating or deactivating licenses. This allows end clients to have control over their licenses without needing access to the full License Exposed dashboard.
When you add an operator, they will receive an email with instructions on how to log in and manage their account and organization.
Step-by-Step: Adding an Operator

Navigate to Organizations
- In the main navigation menu, look for Organizations. Click on it to go to the Organizations page.

Select Your Organization
- Click on the organization to which you want to add an operator.

Scroll down to Operators
- On the organization overview page, scroll down to the Operators section.
- Click the Add Operator button.

Fill in Operator Details
- Enter the required information for the new operator:
- Email: Enter the email address of the operator you want to add.
- Name: Optionally, you can enter the name of the operator for easier identification.
- Click the Submit button to finish adding the operator.
Double-check the email addressThe operator will receive an email with instructions on how to log in and manage their account and organization. Make sure the email address is correct, as this is how they will access the License Exposed dashboard.
- Enter the required information for the new operator:

- You will see the new operator listed in the Operators section of your organization. You can see if they have accepted the invitation and are active. If they haven't accepted yet, you can resend the invitation or remove them if necessary.
